选择悉尼大学的Master of Education (TESOL)专业优势：
1. 排名靠前：2019年QS全球排名，悉尼大学的语言学专业全球排名第18位，澳洲第二。

2．地理位置优势：悉尼大学位于新南威尔士州的第一大城市，悉尼，经济发达，交通便利。
3. 气候温和：夏天略微凉快；冬天也不寒冷，最冷的七月（平均温度8.0-16.2度），冬天相对于墨尔本来说，还是温暖很多。
4. 学制短：1年制。澳洲大多数学校的TESOL 硕士专业都是2年制的，1年制的硕士专业时间短，花费少。
5. 入读语言要求低：雅思总分只要6.5分，单项不低于6分。墨尔本大学的雅思总分7分，并且写作要达到7分，其他单项不低于6分。对于很多普通学生来说，写作7分还是很难达到的。

学制：1年（48个学分）

入学要求：
1. 本科学历+研究生英语教学资格或者2年的工作经验
2. 英语教学本科+1年的工作经验
均分要求：中国大陆学生，均分80+可以申请。

Admission to candidature for the Master of Education (TESOL) requires:
a bachelor's degree from the University of Sydney or equivalent qualification and either a postgraduate English language teaching qualification or at least two yearsfull-time English language teaching experience; or
a bachelor's degree in English language teaching or equivalent qualification and at least one year's full-time English language teaching experience.
Merry 老师补充：如果不能满足以上条件的同学，还想进入悉尼大学的这个专业，可以用Graduate Certificate 或者Graduate Diploma 课程来衔接。

If you do not meet the requirements listed above for direct entry to the Master’s degree, you may be able to enter via a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in the same subject area and upgrade to the Master’s after successful completion of the shorter course.

托福总分85分，阅读17分，（听力、口语、写作）19分。
