最近有些学生和家长会问到职业诊疗的相关问题，Jason老师觉得有必要说一下。首先需要明确的一点是西方国家不太认可国内的医学教育，也就是直接想用国内的医科毕业及执业执照去申请澳洲的技术移民是不可能的。
那么想要在澳洲就业及移民对于医科生来说有哪些比较好的方式呢？通通告诉你！
众所周知的一种是护理，我之前有文章提及过，另外的两种就是物理治疗师（PT:physiotherapist）和职业诊疗师(OT:occupational therapist)。两者都隶属于allied health（健康相关专业）。
今天着重为童鞋们介绍职业诊疗专业。
专业介绍
职业治疗是一种使用特定活动，从而协助、恢复身体或精神心理上的各样疾病，是一种减轻及舒缓病者在发展障碍或社会功能上的障碍对他们的影响，使他们能获得最大的生活独立性。
职业前景
澳洲是一个高医疗福利的国家，所以理疗师和职业治疗师在澳洲的就业前景非常广阔。随着移民政策的放松和澳洲新政的开放，澳洲也出现了大量的疗师的职位。
职业诊疗师通常会面对一些残障人士、老年人，帮助他们恢复基本的生活能力和记忆力等。职业诊疗师一般会和其它专业医疗工作人员一起合作，他们通常会在医院、康复中心、私立的复健中心以及学校和社区中心等地方工作。此专业毕业后可称为注册职业理疗师，不仅就业率起薪率很高并且也是受人尊重的专业人士。
薪资情况
医科及相关专业在澳大利亚是属于较难读出的学科，对语言要求高、学制又偏长，但学生完成学业后就业前景很好，在2017年，职业诊疗师的平均年薪为76477澳币左右，相当于人民币39万多一年。
移民现状
2016-17年度，政府一共给予职业诊疗师的专业1000个移民配额，截止到08/05/2017，只下发了123个移民名额，占用的名额还不到总配额的五分之一，童鞋们可以放心的、大胆的去申请哦~
职业评估机构：Occupational Therapy Council (OTC) 是澳洲移民局指定的职业诊疗师技术移民的评估机构。
OTC 职业治疗师委员会申请流程 ：
1. 第一阶段 － 资质评估 Stage I - Desk Top Audit
学历要求：完成了职业疗法世界联盟（World Federation of Occupational Therapy (WFOT) ）当前批准（毕业时批准）的高等教育学习且获得了等同于澳大利亚学士学位或更高的学历（没有中国学历）；
英语要求：A类雅思4个7，2年之内获得；
满足上述要求后，填写ApplicationForm.pdf申请表。
处理周期大约为12周。
2.第二阶段 - 实习审查 Stage II - Practice Audit
完成第一阶段之后才能开始。
对于海外学历申请人，想要在澳大利亚从业，就必须参加此阶段评估。申请人需要有等同于6个月全职实习的实习经历。
填写PA_Application.pdf申请表。
通过实习审查后，OTC会颁发一个实习结业证书，持此证书可以申请正式注册。
OTC 职业治疗师委员会评估有效期：评估结果有５年的有效期。
OTC 职业治疗师委员会申请费用：
Stage I ：标准资质评估申请500澳币；改进的资质评估申请300澳币；复审费100澳币；
Stage II：实习审查 Practice Audi200澳币 ；
